First Eng Consulting Engineers respects your privacy and the confidentiality of client information.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, role), information about the property and project, and documents, drawings and photos related to the work.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, carry out and deliver our engineering services, invoice, and meet our professional and legal obligations. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How we store and protect it

Project information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems hosted with a data centre provider in Germany (within the European Union), with encrypted backups. Access is limited to the people working on your project. Some information may be processed by trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as email delivery, payment processing and software tools. Some of these may be located outside Australia.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting services@firsteng.com.au.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll respond. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
