Common questions

How quickly can you inspect?

It depends on location and the current workload. Tell us how urgent the problem is when you ask for a quote. If there is any immediate risk to safety, say so and call us straight away.

Do you quote a fixed fee?

Yes. Once we understand the building and the problem, we provide a written fee proposal before any work starts.

Can you work from documents and photos only?

For many jobs, yes. Desktop services are available Australia-wide. Where a site inspection is needed to give reliable advice, we'll tell you.

Who receives the report?

Usually the strata manager, on behalf of the owners corporation. Finished reports and drawings are delivered through our secure client portal.

Can you manage the tender and the repairs?

Yes. We prepare the scope of works and quantities, run the tender, recommend a contractor, inspect during the works and certify on completion.

Can I see your qualifications and insurance?

Yes. Details of qualifications, registrations and professional indemnity insurance are available on request.
